 The ability from varnishstat to retrieve the number of healthy backends.
 This would be very similar to `varnishstat -1 -f n_backend’ but instead of
 returning the number of configured backends it would return the number of
 healthy backends.

 The justification for this change is that it easily allows the monitoring
 of the number of healthy backends without having to run the varnish
 console which could constitute a security risk
