 I'd like to modify and republish some modifications to the code posted
 here: http://www.varnish-cache.org/trac/wiki/GeoipUsingInlineC, however
 there is no licensing information provided with it. Mithrandir on irc
 mentioned that it's most likely BSD and told me to create a ticket so he
 could take care of it.
