 We are using Varnish in Amazon and using DNS names from elastic IPs in our
 ACL list.  I noticed that while one of our servers in the ACL list was
 down, Varnish would not start up.  I feel this is a bug as just because a
 name in the ACL list doesn't resolve should not keep Varnish from starting
 up.
 To test this, just put some fake entry into the acl purge section like
 "foo.foo.foo.foo"; and try to start up varnish.
