Comment:

 Depends on your definition of "same issue". It's not the same assert
 error, and the file you're asking for is smaller than 4GB, yet larger than
 2GB, so could get hit by signed 32-bit integers.

 What precise version of Varnish are you using? If you are not using a
 recent version from git, it's likely that this has been cleared up along
 with other changes.
