[Varnish] #835: Varnish stops receiving incoming connections, but the process is still up

Hi.

First of all, it wasn't a varnish bug.

I use Varnish + Monit, and Monit periodically makes HTTP requests to see if
the site works, and if not, restart varnish.
Unfortunately, the SQL server behind it was slow, and it took more than
monit timeout to load, so monit decided to restart varnish.

Once again, I confirm this was not a varnish issue.

Thank you very much.
