 Starting varnishncsa with

  -F "%h %l %u %t \"%m %U %H\" %s %b \"%{Referer}i\" \"%{User-agent}i\"
 %{Varnish:handling}x"

 makes varnishncsa crash with a segmentation fault when varnishd issues a
 405 (in conjunction with attempted access to a restricted area on a cached
 website).

 Removing "%{Varnish:handling}x" fixes the problem, but then I can't see
 hit/miss/pass/pipe-status in the log
