 Ok, so this is just logging.

 Setting the default ttl to 5 seconds using your VCL, the content is
 definitely cached longer than 5 seconds, even if the log is incorrect.

 In other words: The log is lying and your VCL is working.

 Still a bug, fix coming up, though.
