 VSS_* functionality is not availiable in the exported libvarnish api. As a
 consequence, it's impossible to use the libvarnish network features and
 build apps, connecting to a varnish instance through the sockets.

 The lack was showing up, as I was trying to implement a varnishadm alike
 app using the exported libvarnishapi. The functionality of the -T param is
 not possible without VSS_* functions.
