Comment:

 (In [a8aa0bafdcf6ffbabb4bd5a21fa2fd5d1c612f39]) Complete the VSC
 filtering, and make everything compile and pass tests.

 Still not done, in particular: Do not roll any releases until
 libvarnishapi symbo/version stuff has been polished.
