 I am closing this ticket due to timeout.

 We don't see any obvious indications of what is wrong and there is high
 probability that it is caused by some kind of local resource overload, but
 there is insufficient data to rule either way.

 If this problem persist with up to date version of varnish, feel free to
 reopen the ticket with more info.
