 Replying to [ticket:1193 macquist]:

 Seems like i was wrong on this point. hcb_lock is not displayed twice. On
 our other servers (version 3.02) the values for hcb_lock and hcb_insert
 are equal or almost equal. Seems like both values are also shifted down by
 one row.
