 Hello,
 if I put a HTML comment between the esi_remove, varnish removes everything
 except "<!--!"

 <esi:remove>
 <!-- TEST -->
 </esi:remove>

 I regards this as a bug. Funny is that, the the Rest of the HTML page will
 not be rendered anymore, because the browser thinks, it's commented out :)
