 Can you attach varnishstat -1 output, dmesg, syslog entries related to
 varnish, and any other information that might help?

 What OS/Version is used?

 What exactly does "not responding to requests anymore" mean? No TCP
 connection? TCP connection but no response beyond that? Only 503 errors?
 Partial responses? Very very slow responses?
