OpenVZ and Varnish

Hi, I am having problems with Varnish inside OpenVZ container.  Every time
there is some "huge" disk load on any of containers on shared host Varnish
breaks up and just "hangs" untill restarted manualy. I dont know if this is
issue with OpenVZ or Varnish but I would like to find solution with this.

OpenVZ kernel is 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5.028stab069.6
Varnish version is varnishd (varnish-3.0.1 revision 6152bf7)
