 For performance analysis I'll like to get timing information for each ESI
 backend request. Currently there is only a timing info in the shared
 memory log: It's is logged with "ReqEnd" for a _client_ request, but not
 for a bereq!

 At least I want to see start and end timestamps per ESI backend request.
 It would be a nice to have to see also the first byte received as a
 timestamp in order to tune the first byte timeout.

 Timing info in ms (instead of ns) would be sufficient for me needs.
