 Heya,
 if a timeout triggers a connectiom close,  e.g. idle_timeout, send_timeout
 or first_byte_timeout, in varnishlog there is no explicit warning about
 the timeout being the reason for the close..

 I would like to see such a log line in order being able to ajdust my
 timeouts better.
