 On line 23 in the debian package /etc/init.d/varnishncsa there is a typo.
 It should say ${PIDFILE} and not $PIDFILE}.
 This leads to a problem when restarting varnishncsa manual or through
 logrotate etc. ending up with lots of running processes.
