Comment:

 This is probably best handled by an e-mail to varnish-misc (See
 https://www.varnish-cache.org/lists/mailman/listinfo/varnish-misc) where
 you will have a much larger audience (and thus a better response time).

 You will want to include varnishlog output too, which is probably most
 central to this specific problem.
