 Hi,

 I remember I have seen some unpredictable results with regexps, and the
 only way I found to correct them was to increase sess_workspace. If I
 remember correctly, space for regsub functions is taken there and
 exhausting workspace can cause such results.

 Can you try again with an increased sess_workspace (don't hesitate to
 increase it by a x10 or more factor for test) ?
