Fwd: varnish keep crashing

I have installed varnish varnish-3.0.3 revision 9e6a70f from the yum repo.

however it keep crashing with the below logged message.

kernel: varnishd[5441]: segfault at 0 ip 00007f8a91fff234 sp
00007f8184fbf2f0 error 4 in libvarnish.so[7f8a91ff3000+13000

the machine is centos with kernel 6.32-279.22.1.el6.x86_64.


i have another one with the same kernel and same varnish version working
just fine. any clue to solve this issue is very much appreciated.
