 varnishlog in master (1ca91d9) invoked with "-d" does not exit after  the
 entire log.

 Requests arriving after that are logged as usual.

 Expected behaviour: output entire varnishlog segment and then exit. (as in
 3.0) This is very useful when taking diagnostic dumps of the log.
