 It looks like sess_timeout is no longer used in Varnish 4, but the
 documentation isn't clear about it being dropped or what replaces it:

 timeout

 Also, ./varnish-4.0.0/doc/sphinx/index.rst mentions it as an example
 variable, might want to change that.
