 Time to first byte in varnishncsa is taken from the VSL timestamp record
 tagged 'Process', which is taken /before/ vcl_deliver has been executed.
 Hence any significant processing in vcl_deliver will not impact the
 reported ttfb as one might expect, and it will simply be inaccurate ..
