 After installing Varnish 4.0.1 varnishlog wouldn't run with the following
 error:
 varnishlog: /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libvarnishapi.so.1: version
 `LIBVARNISHAPI_1.2' not found (required by varnishlog)
 varnishlog: /usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/libvarnishapi.so.1: version
 `LIBVARNISHAPI_1.3' not found (required by varnishlog)

 This is because an installation of Varnish 3.05 installed these files, and
 ldconfig only keeps one version, in this case the above ones.
 After manually removing the above files, and running ldconfig again,
 varnishlog found the correct files in /usr/local/lib/
