 to do

 sub vcl_backend_response {
   set beresp.http.x-url = req.url;
 }

 but https://www.varnish-cache.org/docs/trunk/whats-new/upgrading.html#req-
 not-available-in-vcl-backend-response says that req. is not available when
 handling the backend response. how to set the url for the ban lurker?
