 i am reading https://www.varnish-cache.org/trac/wiki/VCLExampleFixupVary
 and am  confused why the right hand side of the operations are talking
 about req.http.Vary ? i guess this should be beresp as well, no? and it is
 meant to be in vcl_recv i guess?
