Comment (by coredump):

 Same panic happened 4 times again today, 3 of the times happening less
 than 5 minutes apart.

 Backported libjemalloc 3.5 from ubuntu trusty to precise, installed and
 restarted varnish, will monitor if that change makes any difference.
