Comment:

 That helped. You are running out of worker workspace, causing an empty
 header in the reply. Try increasing the thread_pool_workspace runtime
 parameter (ref https://www.varnish-
 cache.org/docs/3.0/reference/varnishd.html#run-time-parameters). Changes
 to this will take time to propagate, so a restart to apply it immediately
 might be advisable.

 Closing as 'invalid' as this is a configuration error and not a bug.
