 Hi, sorry the complete vcl is not possible. In front of the posted part
 above is only a part where different backends are choosen in conditions,
 which are not met be the request with the problem.

 I did not changed the pipe_timeout until now, so it is on 60s by default.
 Changing this to a lower value could become a problem. As far as i could
 find some infos to this value, it should be the same value as
 first_byte_timeout or longer, but not shorter.

 I will take look if there is a way to test the timeout and the other ones
 with 60s default, but this will take some time.
