I'm not sure how easy that would be.  I guess at the most basic level
you could run a separate varnishncsa process for each virtual host.

This is on my todo list, but there are more pressing issues...

BTW, I should warn you that while it is very useful, varnishncsa is
also currently very CPU intensive.  It needs a lot of work for which I
don't currently have the time.
