commit 0b84355c033f23ecca61787547b073fef0bd274b
Author: Nils Goroll <nils.goroll at uplex.de>

VCL_REGEX: Support concatenation of constant strings

operator follows and, if yes, create the pattern as a concatenation.

    Fixes #3726
