IRC meeting summary

- 2006-09-20 confirmed as release date
- all features are in present, though not necessarily complete
- performance is acceptable for now
- documentation is incomplete - des will take care
- order of priorities for 1.0:
   1) backend error handling
   2) documentation
   3) VCL features
   4) performance
- andersb will provide hardware for paralell testing on FreeBSD 6,
  FreeBSD 7 and Linux 2.6 (Ubuntu Dapper)

I'm still not happy about the fact that we don't handle the "cache
full" situation, but I guess we can live with it for now.
