varnishd and PAE

Actually, this is *exactly* what I ended up doing as a test - using nginx
with the upstream_hash module.

However, the PAE hardware I'm on is 64-bit hardware, so it's just a matter
of getting a 64-bit OS install and I'll be in good shape.
