DNS-dir tests and .ident

Hi,

I added v00029.vtc which does a rudimentary test of the DNS director. It
tests VCL and that it works for localhost and not for non-localhost. I'll
add some -badvcl tests after I'm finished with this mail.

In the process I noticed that .ident was removed from the backend. Is it
really as simple as just removing it from the backends I generate? IE: not
call vcc_EmitBeIdent(). It seems to pass the tests, but it seemed a bit too
easy.
