[PATCH] Fix time_firstbyte bug in varnishncsa

Hi there,

Here is a patch against 3.0.1 rc1 to fix handling of the
%{Varnish:time_firstbyte}x format flag in varnishncsa:

Otherwise, I tested the feature to log any response header, and it works
fine for logging the object age:

    %{Host}i %h %l %u %t "%r" %s %b "%{Referer}i" "%{User-agent}i"
%{Varnish:time_firstbyte}x %{Age}o
