Updated varnish patches for cygwin 1.7.8

I have updated my varnish patches for new cygwin versión 1.7.8

Cygwin 1.7.8 has some improvements and bugfixes, so, I have removed
some of the workarounds of previous patches.

The changes affects following files:
  -  bin/varnishd/Makefile.am
  -  configure.ac
  -  lib/libvarnishapi/Makefile.am
  -  lib/libvcl/Makefile.am
  -  lib/libvmod_std/Makefile.am
