[PATCH] Drop old grace objects when we have a new object that matches the Vary

Hi Doc and All,

unfortunately, I don't have time for a closer look at this atm, but I'd like to
point out that I had posted a patch following an alternative approach in
2010-11:

At the time, the idea was to expire alternative (unneeded) graced objects during
lookup when we pass by anyway. I have not maintained the patch since then, but
you might want to reconsider the alternative approach. At the time I thought it
was really simple and straight forward.
