Yes, I've now finally set up patchwork so we can track patches submitted
to the mailing list.

I'm not sure I want to move the project to github and their pull ideas,
but we should now at least be able to track patches on
https://www.varnish-cache.org/patchwork/project/varnish-cache/list/

Sorry about this taking a very long time to get implemented.
