Streaming branch

Hi all,

First time poster, long time fan.  :)

Were the commits that Martin made in his fork:
https://github.com/mbgrydeland/varnish-cache-streaming merged and/or ported
to the 3.0.4 release?  If I wanted to cache streaming video, can I used
3.0.4 with range requests and the do_stream flag turned on?
