New VCL_REGEX type ?

Hello,

I hope this is not too late, but I'd like to see a /VCL_REGEXP?/ type for VMODs.

I already use regular expressions in my main vmod, but there are two
areas where it could greatly improve:
- compiling them once and for all, not for each request (worst case)
- having them validated at VCL load time

What do you think, does this make sense ?
