VRT_CacheReqBody without inline-C?

Thank you for the patch.

We have discussed it on irc and as we'd like to be able to have a "size"
argument (to be able to specify std.cache_req_body(50m);), phk will add an
approriate type to the vmod compiler and integrate your patch.
