std.ip() with hostnames

Hi,

I'm writing a vmod and I noticed std.ip() will happily resolve its argument
if a hostname is used.  Feature or bug?

If this is going to stay I wouldn't waste time implementing different
methods to support both hostnames and VCL_IP. OTOH if this is a bug I might
need to (and it'd be better to fix this sooner than later).

Comments?
