querysort added to std

[Delacroix, Gauthier]

I’ve used boltsort, but libvmod_querystring (https://github.com/Dridi/libvmod-querystring) includes cleaning features that boltsort misses.

I don’t think std should include all filtering features from querystring, but the “clean” method is a must have to optimize cache hit ratio.

I took the boltsort vmod, ported it to 4.0 and put it into the std vmod as we talked about on the vdd. Tests passed.

Someone with better eyes might still spot ugliness there, however. I'd be happy if someone looked at it.
