Thank you, this is really helpful. Some of this I inferred from what you were
doing, but it's really good to know goal and the perspective.

For all others: We have discussed the rest:

- waiter interface should be exposed to vmods
- I will push the patch to put the session struct waited onto the ws
  (later)
- Waiter_Done is overdone but we should clear the magic
