[PATCH] Add a miniobj macro for pointer acquisitions

Done! Semantic patch attached in case anyone's interested.

Should I back-port the macro to the 4.0 and 4.1 branch? So that VMOD
authors and libvarnishapi users may start using it with the next
maintenance releases.
