TLS sandboxing

Greetings,

I have been kept forcefully awake for a few nights in a row and I let
my brain fart a bunch, ran a quick experiment, and shared my thoughts
on TLS support directly in varnishd.

TL;DR: I think we realisticly could, if so we should.
