Bugwash today discusses moving release dates

Our Mar/Sep 15th release dates seem to interfere more with peoples
vacationplans as time goes by.

Bugwash today will discuss moving releases to Apr/Oct 15th, and if
so, which release will be forst to follow the new schedule.
