RLIMIT_MEMLOCK

Starting with r2561, Varnish will attempt to lock the shared memory log
in memory.  On some systems, this will fail due to RLIMIT_MEMLOCK being
too low.  It may be a good idea to have the default init script set it
to a reasonably large value.  The default log size is 80 MB + header, so
something like 'ulimit -l 82000' should be fine.
