varnishlog filtering on host

Try 'varnishlog -c -o VCL_call hit' and 'varnishlog -c VCL_call miss'.

Also, varnishhist will show you the relative proportions of hits and
misses in real time (so will varnishstat, for that matter, but not as
prettily)
