ESI objects hang for HTTP/1.0 clients

Varnish 2.0.2 using the options:

-a 0.0.0.0:80 -T 127.0.0.1:9999 -f /usr/local/etc/vcl.conf -s
file,/var/varnish/cache

The VCL is listed in http://pastie.org/329955
